I am a Functional Nutrition Registered Dietitian and currently based in Denver, CO -- but a true Wisconsin girl at heart! I have my Bachelor's Degree in Business & Marketing and a Master's Degree in Public Health specializing in Nutrition. My passion in life is to become a part of the solution to redefine healthcare. Thus, I started a side business called Come Alive Content to help health-focused businesses that are redefining healthcare become discoverable online with the right digital content marketing strategies.
On a personal level, I am an Auntie to three beautiful nephews and a niece. I love everything outdoors if it involves being in the mountains. Also, I can't live without my evening ritual of Yin yoga and Turmeric latte.
